POCATELLO, Idaho (AP) - A nurse at the Bannock County Jail in eastern Idaho who authorities say stole medication intended for inmates and substituted less potent medication has been charged with four felonies.
Thirty-9-year-old Margaret Robinson Kirby was charged in sixth District Court with two counts of obtaining a controlled substance by misrepresentation, fraud, forgery, deception or subterfuge, and two counts of adulterating a drug.
The Idaho State Journal reported Friday that the Kirby is scheduled to be arraigned Dec. 2.
