Before sending a formal written complaints, we recommend you first contact our captioning hotline at 208-466-1200. We may be able to resolve your problem immediately without the need for a formal complaint. In any event, we will respond to your complaint within 30 days.
STATEMENT FROM THIS TV REGARDING CLOSED CAPTIONING:
"We are aware that not all movies shown on THIS TV are currently Closed Captioned. As you may know THIS TV is a new network. It's going to take us time and a lot of work to get all of our movies Closed Captioned. The FCC recognized that creating a new network is enormous work and, correspondingly, gives new networks, such as our, four years to be Closed Captioned. Please know that we take great pride in our unique brand of programming and we are committed to providing THIS TV with Closed Captioning as soon as we reasonably can. We are diligently working toward the goal of being fully captioned, but it's going to take time."
