Caldwell, Idaho -- Downtown Caldwell is growing, and the city says more parking is a priority.
Some residents have been concerned about an upcoming lack of parking, since the new Treasure Valley Community College will be opening downtown this fall.
But residents should be happy to hear a new parking lot adjacent to the campus will be done by the end of August. It'll provide 121 new parking spaces for college students and staff.
Another 52 spots will be designated for TVCC students on the west side of the train depot from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. during the week.
