KTRV Fox 12 Scooter Driver Killed in Boise Crash

Boise, Idaho -- The driver of a scooter was killed after being hit by a car on Federal Way in east Boise on Sunday.
The accident happened around 10:30 p.m.
Officials say the driver of a car turned directly into the path of a motor scooter traveling eastbound on Federal Way at Findley Avenue.
The car and the scooter collided and the driver of the scooter, Paul Bruce, 41, died Monday morning at St. Alphonsus from blunt force trauma.
Investigators say Bruce was wearing a helmet and, according to reports, the scooter did have a headlight on at the time of the crash.
The driver of the car has yet to be identified.
